Leveling FAQ
When do you get your first talent point in WoW Forever?
At level 10. After that you earn one point per level, for 51 points at level 60, according to the current talent data. Every 5 points in a tree unlock its next row.
What is the best class combo for leveling?
It depends on your group, and WoW Forever balance may differ from Classic. The leveling combo rankings are built from group leveling guides published here and the votes they receive, so they show what players actually recommend. Before any votes are in, the order follows how many guides cover each combo.
What is the difference between solo, dungeon and group leveling guides?
Solo leveling guides are for questing and grinding alone. Dungeon leveling guides focus on leveling through dungeon runs and may suggest a group. Group leveling guides are written for a fixed duo or trio and list the partners' classes, specs and roles.
Can I see which talents to take at each level?
Yes. Leveling guides with a talent order list the talent for every level and have a level slider. In the talent calculator, the order you spend points in is saved as a talent order you can preview and share.
