Razorfen Kraul

Razorfen Kraul spans levels 30–36 and, in Classic, is the quilboar warren at the southern edge of the Barrens. It opens the 30s on the chart, one level before Gnomeregan and the Scarlet Monastery Graveyard. Horde characters questing in the Barrens and Thousand Needles reach it easily; Alliance groups have a longer trip.

Quest prep by faction

Unconfirmed

Four quests in the beta data, and between them they ask for the whole dungeon: a gopher-steering collection job, an escort, a found item and the last boss. None of it suits a fast clear.

  • Two of the four set their own pace — the gopher in Blueleaf Tubers and Willix in Willix the Importer — so agree on them before the first pull.
  • The turn-ins are split across both factions' cities: Ratchet is neutral, Thunder Bluff is Horde and Darnassus is Alliance, so neither side can hand in everything.
  • Quest names, levels and NPCs come from the beta client. Where a giver stands is taken from the Classic version of the dungeon and is not confirmed for WoW Forever yet.

Where to pick them up

  1. Ratchet is neutral, so Alliance groups can take the same quest; the trip south through the Barrens is the hard part.
  2. Darnassus — Treshala Fallowbrook takes the pendant for Mortality Wanes.

2 quests cannot be shared: an item starts them, so everyone in the group has to loot their own. 2 quests need an earlier quest, so a party share fails for anyone who has not done it.

The gopher walks at its own pace and dies to anything, so tell the group before you start: a party that keeps pulling ahead will cost you the whole quest.

Blueleaf Tubers

Grab a Crate with Holes. Grab a Snufflenose Command Stick. Grab and read the Snufflenose Owner's Manual. In Razorfen Kraul, use the Crate with Holes to summon a Snufflenose Gopher, and use the Command Stick on the gopher to make it search for Tubers. Bring 6 Blueleaf Tubers, the Snufflenose Command Stick and the Crate with Holes to Mebok Mizzyrix in Ratchet.
