WoW Forever beta FAQ

What changed in the WoW Forever beta?

The latest client we track, build 1.60.1.69876, adds two Skyborne races, 16 new race and class combinations, 60 new talent spells, nine new dungeons, encounter lists for Hyjal Summit and Barrow Deeps, 42 new mounts and 14 new reputation factions. Each change is listed above with its source.

Is WoW Forever beta datamine data final?

No. Datamined values come straight from the beta client files and change from build to build. Blizzard has not confirmed them, so treat numbers, names and encounter order as subject to change until launch on November 4, 2026.

Where does the datamine come from?

From Daybreak's public Forever beta datamine, built from the client tables on wago.tools and compared with the Classic Era client 1.15.9. We only use counts and names from it and link the source on every entry.

Which beta build is current?

The newest build in this tracker is 1.60.1.69876, datamined on Sep 17, 2026. Our Legacy planner uses tree data from build 1.60.1.69800.

When does the WoW Forever beta start and end?

The beta began on September 17, 2026 and runs until October 21 or 22 (sources differ). See the release date page for how to get access and the full timeline.

Do beta changes affect my talent build?

They can. The client shows 60 new talent spells, with Paladin (16) and Hunter (10) gaining the most. The client also has strings for a second spec, but Blizzard has not confirmed dual spec. Check your class in the talent calculator and on the leveling guides before launch.
