How this quest runs

do inside

The Highly Toxic Strain comes off Witherfang, another of the seven bosses. The client lists Witherfang first, so the sample should drop early in the run, but the listed order is not always the walking order.

Quest text

Welcome to the most vital organ of the Undercity: The Apothecarium! Here we experiment on the most virulent of Azeroth's exotic specimens.

You've caught me in a good mood, so I will let you in on my latest investigation. It appears there is a particularly venomous arthropod stalking the ruins above our fair city. Its toxins are said to eat through even undead flesh. How exhilarating!

I wish to validate these claims. Should you find yourself withering away from its bite, I should love a sample.
