Cauterizing Band
A level-1 copy of the Classic Cauterizing Band: epic quality, item level 30, usable from level 1, under a new item id in the WoW Forever client (build 1.60.1.70532).
The Daybreak datamine lists it among 110 event items: the nine tier 1 sets and seven Classic raid weapons such as Thunderfury, all at required level 1. Nothing in the client says which event hands them out or how, so treat this as unconfirmed. It is not the level 60 raid piece.

Also appears in: Classic Era, Mists Classic, TBC Anniversary.
What else fits the slot
New rings within six levels of this one. Stat totals are the sum of every stat the client lists, which is a rough guide, not a simulation: Cauterizing Band totals 37.
