A level-1 copy of the Classic Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros: legendary quality, item level 45, usable from level 1, under a new item id in the WoW Forever client (build 1.60.1.70532).
The Daybreak datamine lists it among 110 event items: the nine tier 1 sets and seven Classic raid weapons such as Thunderfury, all at required level 1. Nothing in the client says which event hands them out or how, so treat this as unconfirmed. It is not the level 60 raid piece.
